We want to ensure that every customer who puts their money and trust into our company can rely on us to perform up to our promises. Your satisfaction is vital to our success.
Currently, all of our products and offerings are digital. This means that your purchase gives you instant access to the product you have purchased, which you may download and keep. Therefore, we cannot give refunds for purchased goods that you are able to retain, even after receiving the refund.
We are happy to accommodate refund requests, but will not automatically grant those requests due to the digital nature of our products. If you are dissatisfied and would like a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase to set up a virtual meeting or phone call. In that meeting, if we can determine that you did not receive the benefits or experience promised in the product description, we will grant your refund request.
